Riley Mello developed a recipe that became Mello Munch. It's his latest culinary creation. Crafted in small batches by him and his family, Mello Munch is free from preservatives, dyes, and artificial sweeteners. Although he is on the autism spectrum, his disability has not stopped him from growing and expanding his culinary arts education and experience.
Maureen Curtin
Maureen is the hardest working Mom in Granola! She has been the main proponent of Mello Munch. She has been married to Jimi for 27 years and is dedicated to helping Riley and his brother lead happy and independent lives.
Jimi Mello
Jimi loves to cook, teach, and travel. He is also a licensed and insured Handyman in Suffolk County. Married to his wife Maureen for 27 years, he is dedicated to helping Riley and his brother lead happy and independent lives.
